1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items:

Due to the nature of irrigation products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customised or tailor-made irrigation systems.
  • Opened or used drip lines, pipes, fittings, and accessories.
  • Products damaged or altered after delivery.
  • Items on clearance or explicitly marked as non-returnable.

  • Report immediately, within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic proof.
  • Kenya Irrigation will swiftly arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.

9. Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellations before shipment will be fully refunded.
  • Special orders or custom items may incur charges if production has started.
