HDPE tee coupling

HDPE tee coupling, has a T- shaped design with three junctions. A tee junction features three connection points, where one point can act as an inlet with two outlets or two inlets and one outlet.

A tee fitting connects pipes at an angle of 90 Degree this can be either within the surface or under the ground surface. Tees are used for different applications such as; water supply, industrial piping, irrigation systems and drainage supply.

HDPE tee coupling can be used with other fittings for connecting different piping system such as

Types of HDPE tee coupling

• Coupling tee: Basically, a coupling tee has equal diameter in all its opening meaning water flows under the same pressure.
• Tee reduction: It has one outlet that has a different diameter with the other two this allows water to flow through it under low pressure.
• Male threaded tee: It has the diameter but its threaded on the outside.
• Female threaded tee: Has the same diameter but threaded on the inside.
