CATEGORIES OF HDPE FITTINGS.
Socket coupling.
It’s used to join two HDPE pipes together creating a secure and a leak-proof connection. The following sizes are available 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 75mm, 90mm, 110mm.
Elbows.
There are different types of elbows; male, female and equal elbows. Their main function is to create angles (typically 90°, 45°, or other angles) which redirects the flow of liquids in a piping system. The main difference between the three is that for male elbows has external threads for connecting to a female-threaded pipe or fitting, the female elbows have its threads on the inner side while the equal elbow is typically used when both ends of the elbow are of the same size and are used for directional changes without the need for threads (like welded or flanged connections).
End cap.
This fitting is used for sealing purpose at the end of a pipe.
Tees.
Has three opening, one side is connected to the main pipe while the other two openings act as an outlet. There are different types but each serves the same functions this includes; straight tee coupling, female and male threaded tees.
Adaptors.
It offers connection between pipes or fittings to other types of pipes, fittings, or equipment in various piping systems. For the adaptors we have both male and female.
Valves.
It regulates and controls the flow of water in a piping system.
Nipples.
The primary function of a nipple is to serve as a short connecting piece that links two pipes or fittings in a piping system. It’s essentially a pipe segment with male threads at both ends, designed for use in threaded connections.
Flange adaptor.
It’s used to connect a pipe to a flange or to join two flanged components in a piping system.
